Lee Jae-hong @pyrasis · Follow During my recent interviews, the most annoying one was at Musinsa, where the interviewer looked at my resume and started lecturing me saying "I can't tell what you're trying to do with this resume." But like, your resume doesn't mean you have to throw everything away and start over just because someone doesn't like it, right? Please don't give me pointless lectures like this. 1:24 AM · October 8, 2024 · 46 replies

Leaving this for the record. Got a text from the company's HR team (?) and had a call · Why didn't you tell the company directly and instead exposed the company name in a public place? - We don't know when or where we'll meet again, blah blah blah - We need to investigate whether that statement actually happened. - It's already been reported to the CEO and... ③ Lee Jae-hong @pyrasis · October 08 During my recent interviews, the most annoying one was at Musinsa, where the interviewer looked at my resume and started lecturing me saying "I can't tell what you're trying to do with this resume"... Musinsa developers really do have unnecessarily inflated egos lol

🦊

Reminds me why first impressions matter so much in business, that interviewer probably still regrets that conversation

It's about filtering out the cocky ones among CS people. Sometimes you see people who can't even tell if they came to get a job or start a business. The company just needs someone who takes orders, doesn't cause trouble, and quietly does their work — filtering out showoffs like that is the right call.

LMAO this is why you should always treat people with respect, you never know who's gonna be signing the checks later 😭

🐿️

Musinsa deserves a boycott movement honestly, they've got so much bad karma. They never properly apologized for the gag disguise scandal and did worse stuff than Starbucks, but it's weird how only Starbucks got destroyed. Those guys should be gone first.

??? : Our CEO is mad!!!! Prepare yourselves!!! Right now is....

You don't know where you'll meet them? You'll meet them as a customer, asshole!

🐰

Plot twist of the century honestly, karma really does come around when you least expect it

🐰

This happened to my friend and the interviewer literally tried to act nice when she came back as a client. The audacity.

🦊

Not the interviewer learning a $100k lesson about professionalism the hard way 💀

🦊

This is the energy I needed today, toxic interviewers getting what they deserve

🐰

I would've loved to see the moment they realized who this person was, the awkwardness must have been INSANE
